  • pearl jam - do the evolution
"Do the Evolution" is a song by Pearl Jam, from the album Yield. Like all of Yield, "Do the Evolution" was heavily influenced by the book Ishmael by Daniel Quinn. The lyrics paint a dire and pessimistic view of humanity as a thoughtlessly selfish and violent species, so enamored of its own achievements that it is blinded to its faults. It also shows how history repeats itself. The animated music video for the song was directed by Kevin Altieri, known for his direction on Batman: The Animated Series, and Todd McFarlane, better known for his work with the popular comic book Spawn and Korn's "Freak on a Leash" video. The video was produced by Joe Pearson, the president of Epoch Ink animation, and Terry Fitzgerald at TME. It was written and developed by Joe Pearson and Kevin Altieri with input from Todd McFarlane and Eddie Vedder. • The DaVinci Code - Hans Zimmer (Sakrileg)
The Da Vinci Code is a 2006 feature film, which is based on the bestselling 2003 novel The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. It was one of the most anticipated films of 2006, and was previewed at the opening night of the Cannes Film Festival on May 17, 2006. The Da Vinci Code then entered major release in many other countries on May 18, 2006 and was releases in the United States by Columbia Pictures on May 19, 2006. Because of some controversial interpretations of Christian history in both the book and movie, they were criticized by the Roman Catholic Church. Some bishops urged members to boycott the film.[1] Many of the early showings were accompanied by protesters outside the movie theaters, and early critical reviews were decidedly mixed. However, in its opening weekend, the film earned over US$224 million worldwide, second only to the opening of 2005's Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. It is the second highest grossing movie of 2006 worldwide ? having reached US$758,239,851 as of November 2 2006.[2] The film's soundtrack, composed by Hans Zimmer, was nominated for the 2007 Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score. • Conviction
This is a music video I made as a fan of the series "The Dead Zone" using the theme of John's possible role in the Armageddon story arc, a role he is terrified that will become reality and make him as dangerous as Greg Stillson. This role is possibly being written by a nefarious figure named Malcomb Janus who is trying to force John to play the part of Biblical figure from Book of Revelation called the False Prophet. Briefly, the False Prophet is: "A Dragon In Sheep?s Clothing " We have all heard the expression ?a wolf in sheep?s clothing.? Most people don?t know that Jesus is the originator of this saying. Interestingly, when Jesus coined this expression, he was referring specifically to false prophets. The exact phrase was, "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves? (Matthew 7:15). Likewise, The False Prophet to whom all other false prophets are merely a foreshadowing is described by the Apostle John as one who, ?had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon? (Revelation 13:11). This is to say that the False Prophet will appear to be mild and gentle ? a ?lamb-like? person, but inwardly he is a man who is literally possessed by Satan himself. He will be filled with deception, murder, rage and hatred. His purpose will be to deceive people..." John being filled with a rage, and even stillson called "a man possessed" in his protecting people. The true role I think he's meant to fulfill is quoted in the video, from the Book of Daniel speaking of "Michael", the archangel who stands up for the children of his people and delivers them or takes them to a place of safety, symbolized by the woman with the eagle's wings. She is the woman of Revelation 12, the woman clothed with the sun who is in conflict with the red dragon. The artwork is by the artist William Blake. John was compared to "Michael" in the episode "Grains of Sand" because he "helps stop bad things in the world" as Miguel observed. John too is a sort of father figure in this episode. How John Smith turns out, may determine the course of human events in this Armageddon story. Even though he may have been trying to help, a rage may erupt and he may still be destined to the events shown in "Zion". Author: brattytxnTags: dead zone Posted: 11 December 2006Rating: 5.0Votes: 1

  • On fear, lizard brains, and 1984 Fear Mongering
Watching my personal "Fear Factor" double feature -- Bush and Big Brother -- reminded me of a conversation I had during the 2004 campaign with Dr. Daniel Siegel, a Harvard-trained psychiatrist whose book Mindsight explores the physiological workings of the brain. He explained that the Bush campaign's unrelenting fear-mongering had left voters "shrouded in a 'fog of fear,'" reacting not with their linear, logical left brain but with their lizard, more emotional right brain. Deep in the brain lies the amygdala, an almond-sized region that generates fear. When this fear state is activated, the amygdala springs into action. Before you are even consciously aware that you are afraid, your lizard brain responds by clicking into survival mode. No time to assess the situation, no time to look at the facts, just fight, flight or freeze. Fear paralyzes our reasoning and literally makes it impossible to think straight. Instead, we search for emotional, nonverbal cues from others that will make us feel safe and secure. http://nevernwo.blogspot.com/2007/06/on-fear-lizard-brains-and-1984-fear.htmlAuthor: neverknwoTags: New World Order Secret Societies Illuminati 9/11 lies corruption deception bush nwo clinton 911 fascism state sponsored terror terrorism usa iraq iran middle east wtc1 wtc2 wtc7 thermite inside job pa Posted: 07 June 2007Rating: 5.0Votes: 1
