    "Je considère le moteur à explosion comme une avancée majeur de notre intelligence et de notre civilisation, malheureusement, cette magnifique invention est devenue avec le temps une des causes de notre propre destruction. L'évolution des technologies finira toujours par amener des solutions à des problèmes nouveaux tout en créant de futur problèmes encore inconnus. Le problème de la pollution sera, à mon avis, réglé par ces avancées technologiques, mais rien dans ce monde dominé par les intérêts économique ne peut progresser sans situation de crise, en industrie, quand on trouve une formule qui marche on la garde et on l'exploite jusqu'au bout. Mais si les véhicules vont doucement changer de mode de propulsion ce n'est pas pour nous sauver d'une catastrophe écologique, mais plus simplement parce que le carburant requis devient trop cher, et de plus en plus rare. Je ne peut m'empêcher de constater que les grandes catastrophes écologique sont toutes évaluées pour dans 20 à 50 ans. C'est la même période estimée pour nos réserves naturelle de carburant fossile. Que ce passerait-il si nos réserves de pétrole avaient été plus importante ? Ce document démontre que notre civilisation est passée a coté d'une révolution technologique au profit du profit pur et dur. Bientôt, nos véhicules ne comporteront plus de pièces mécaniques en mouvements. Nos voitures seront enfin propre et silencieuse, et l'époque de la machine outil sera révolu. Une part de moi s'en réjouit, mais l'autre part va regretter ce rapport mécanique entre l'homme et la machine au profit du tout virtuel.
